Teachers' transfer

The academic session 2010 has already started and High and Higher Secondary Schools have started their work. In the mean time the department of education Bandipore as usual issued the transfer orders of hundreds of teachers from their places of postings. Transfers are normal as long as they are done for the interest of teachers and students. But at the time of these transfers the concerned authorities should keep rationalization   in mind so that the transfers should in real sense prove healthy for the department as well as for the student community but who cares. There is always found irregularity in these transfers.
