Need statesmen

This refers to Binoo Joshi's article “Politician versus statesman”. It carried an essential message for not just our Chief minister but everyone who has thrown his hat in Kashmir politics. The situation that Kashmir is grappling with certainly calls for statesmen and visionary leaders and not merely myopic politicians. The tragedy with Kashmir has been the lack of leadership.
