KPs demand passage of Shrine bill

Jammu, Mar 22: A deputation of Kashmiri Pandits today called on the Minister for Rural Development, Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Ali Muhammad Sagar and put forth the demand of passage of Kashmir Hindu Temple and Shrine bill.
 The deputation comprised of B.L.Saraf, B.L.Bhat (Ex-MlC), Anil Dhar, A. K. Dewani, M. L. Munshi, Prof. K. N.Pandita, Dr. R.L.Bhat, H. L. Bhat and A. N. Bhat
 While taking up the issue of passage of Kashmir Hindu Shrine Bills, the deputation stressed upon the need to preserve the age old heritage and Kashmiriyat, which, they said, has been the hallmark of Kashmir and its ethos.
 The minister assured that deputationists that the government was keen to pass the bill. He said due to certain reasons the passage of the bill got delayed.
