Police Public Meet held at Hazratbal

Srinagar, Mar 3: In a bid to bridge gap between the police and people, a Police-Public meet was held Saturday at Police Station Zakoora, which was presided over by Superintendent of Police, Hazratbal-Zone, Abdul Waheed Shah.
A police handout said: “A large public gathering was present on the occasion. Among others, the Tehsildar North, Medical Officer Public Health Center-Zakura, AEE/JE.E of PDD Division Zakura and Ganderbal, Ward Officers of Srinagar Municipal Cooperation, were also present.”
Speaking on the occasion, SP Hazratbal highlighted the role of the “police in assisting the general public in the times of need and sought the help of general public in eradication of crime in all forms.”
