Mercury soars in Delhi

New Delhi, Mar 4: It was a warm Sunday for the Delhiites with the maximum temperature recorded at 32 degree Celsius, six degree above the normal.
According to Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the maximum temperature settled at 32.7 degree celsius and minimum was recorded at 14.5 degrees celsius, two notches above average.
The humidity level remained between a high of 89 per cent and a low of 38 per cent in last 24 hours.
The met department predicted that in next 24 hours the sky would remain partly cloudy and the maximum and minimum temperature are expected to hover around 32 and 17 degree celsius.
