KU to host Intl seminar on Shah-e-Hamdan(RA)

Srinagar, Mar 5: Shah-e-Hamadan Institute of Islamic Studies Kashmir University is all set to host a 3-day International Seminar from March 13 on the contributions of Shah Hamadan(RA).
The KU PRO in a handout said: “Confirming this, Prof Hameed Naseem Rafiabadi, Head department of Shah-e-Hamadan Institute of Islamic Studies said that the contribution from Sayyid Ali Hamadani to the promotion of Islamic learning, sciences and society is valuable as it made lasting imprints on the world societies in general and Kashmir society in particular.”
He said: “The seminar is being held in this context only where the nature of these dimensions will be discussed by the scholars of international recognition. Noted Islamic studies scholars from world over are attending the seminar and discussing various themes related to the theme.”
