7 injured as roof of mud house caves in

Jammu, May 9: At least seven villagers were injured, two of them seriously, when the roof of an under-construction kacha house caved-in at village Kalaba of tehsil Mahore of district Reasi, police sources said.
They said that the seven villagers were buried under the debris when they were helping their  neighbour, Mohammad Shaffi, to raise a Kaccha  .
“Many villages had come to the house of Shaffi to provide a helping hand in the construction of the Kacha room. The room was nearing completion when a villager noticed that the wooden log used to support the roof displaced from its position and raised an alarm, but before the people could come out the room caved in leaving seven persons injured. ” they said, 
The villagers who escaped unhurt started rescue operation and evacuated all the seven persons form under the debris  and shifted them to sub district hospital Mahore.
The doctors referred all the injured to district hospital after giving first aid where from    two   seriously injured   Khushi Mohammad (12)  , Mohammad Yusuf (55) were referred to Government Medical College and Hospital.
The injured who were undergoing treatment at district hospital Reasi have been identified as Javed Ahmed (17)   Mustaq (40), Shabir Ahmed (12) Mohammad Aslam (7) and Mohammad Altaf (12)   residents of village Kalaba
