Lacking facilities

This refers to the news that 47 percent of primary schools in Kashmir are without drinking water and 33 percent are without toilets. Kashmir has improved in providing good education facilities to students but some essential facilities like drinking water and toilets are still missing in primary schools. These are essential needs and these facilities should be provided to the primary schools.
