Rajendra presents cricket kit to Bali
Says Talent Should Come Out
Srinagar, May 9: Additional Director General of Police Armed, Law & Order, K Rajendra Kumar on Wednesday presented a complete Cricket kit to Mainder Pal Singh Bali in a simple but impressive function at APHQ here.
Mainder Pal Singh Bali hailing from a native village of Chatergam Tral, is a budding cricket player but due to the lack of resources he was not in a position to explore his talent in his favorite cricket field. As a part of Civic Action Programme, the ADGP came forward to help the budding cricketer.
Expressing his extreme happiness, Mainder Pal thanked the ADGP for his goodwill gesture and assured him that this timely support would help him in scaling new heights in cricket.
It is pertinent to mention here that J&K Police under its Civic Action Programme has been supporting to deserving and needy players by various ways to explore their capabilities and sharpen their talent in their respective fields.
