GDC Pampore organizes cross-country run
Srinagar, May 10: Kick-starting its annual sports activities, Govt. Degree College Pampore organized its annual cross-country run for boys from Tulbagh Chungi to Konabal crossing on Thursday.
In the event, around 30 students participated and it was flagged off by the Principal Prof. Showkat Ali Bhat.
Ulfat Nazir of B.G. first year finished first while Ajaz Ahmad Lone of 2nd yr and Yawar Nabi of final year finished second and third respectively.
Pertinently the college has started functioning only two months back and is lacking every sort of facility required for carrying co-curricular activities in any higher education institution.
