KHAROF launches helpline for tourists
Srinagar, May 12: The Kashmir Hotel and Restaurant Owners’ Federation (KHAROF) today launched a ‘tourist helpline’ for providing assistance to the tourists in finding accommodation.
In a statement KHAROF said the tourists can call the helpline numbers to find suitable accommodation or for any other information they may require. “It has been observed that many tourists reach Srinagar in late hours and face difficulty in finding suitable accommodation. The tourists can contact helpline numbers for assistance,” Faiz Ahmad, President KHAROF said.
All hotel owners are being asked to convey the availability of rooms on daily basis to federation office for onward communication to the department of tourism, he said.
