Private Colleges

This refers to the news “JK Government Tightens Nose against Private B.ed colleges.” Every year Government issues such guidelines to these institutions. Most of the students in such colleges are absent. And without joining a single day in the college they get high marks in internal exams by paying bribe to the college authorities. Most of the B. Ed college teachers are not qualified for the job as they have completed their degrees from universities that are not recognized by UGC. There is no special provision for recruiting teachers in these B.ed colleges. Anybody can come and join the college. A special ordinance should be passed to improve the functioning of these private colleges.
