Increasing corruption

Corruption is often described as a cancer without cure. It has become an accepted norm in J&K and no one is shocked anymore when cases of corruption come to light. In fact, it has been institutionalized. It is no longer confined to bureaucrats and politicians; it has engulfed all sections of the society.
