Yaseen announces Rs 10 lakh for Faqir Gojri road
Srinagar, May 16: Member Legislative Assembly, Muhammad Yaseen Shah today made an extensive tour of Sonawar Constituency and took stock of people’s problems and developmental works.
Shah also inspected under execution Rs 1.72 crore bridge at Chandpora Harwan and Faqir Gojri-Astanmarg road, for which he had already released Rs 4 lakh and today announced release of additional Rs 10 lakh out of his Constituency Development Fund.
The MLA was apprised by the Executive Engineer R&B Division II Srinagar that all ongoing road projects would be completed in stipulated time frame. He informed that Rs 29 lakh have been expended so far on construction of Chandpora Bridge and Faqirpora road.
During the tour, the MLA met the people of various villages and assured them that all their genuine demands would be mitigated in a phased manner.
