Minor Reshuffle in Higher Judiciary

14 Distt Judges Transferred

Jammu, May 17: In a minor reshuffle, the Jammu and Kashmir High Court has transferred 14 District and Sessions Judges.
 Abdul Wahid Principal Secretary to Chief Justice has been transferred and posted as Director State Judicial Academy, while Abdul Rashid Secretary High Court Legal Service Committee has been posted as Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice. He, however, will continue to hold the charge of Secretary SLSA.
 Kartar Singh, presently Registrar Vigilance J&K High Court, has been transferred and posted as Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu.
 MK Hanjura, presently Member J&K Sales Tax Tribunal, has been transferred and posted as Registrar Vigilance High Court J&K.
 Pawan Dev Kotwal Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu has been transferred and posted as Registrar Judicial J&K High Court Jammu Wing replacing Sanjeev Gupta, who has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer TADA/POTA Court Jammu in place of Sanjay Parihar Sessions Judge TADA/POTA, who has been transferred and posted as Member J&K Sales Tax Tribunal.
 Suresh Kumar Sharma presently Director State Judicial Academy has been transferred and posted as member J&K Special Tribunal Srinagar.
 Ashok Kumar Koul Principal District and Sessions Judge Rajouri has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Udhampur.
 Zubair Ahmed Raza Additional District and Sessions Judge Rajouri has been asked to look after the additional charge of Principal District and Sessions Judge Rajouri till further orders.
 Brij Mohan Gupta Principal District and Sessions Judge Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Bhaderwah.
 Sanjeev Kumar Bhagat Principal Sessions Judge Bhaderwah has been transferred and posted as Presiding officer J&K Labour and Industrial Tribunal.
 Shujat Ali Khan Presiding Officer J&K Labour and Industrial Tribunal has been posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Shopian.
 Rashid Ali Dar Principal Sessions Judge Shopian has been transferred and posted as Principal Sessions Judge Budgam.
