Dog debate

This refers to the article 'Join the debate' by Ajaj-ul-Haque. (GK, April 29, 2012). There is no logic in asking the separatists to raise voice against the canine terror. Separatists have been raising their voice against the injustices done to humans, but they were never heeded to. Government spends lakhs on SMC which is still in deep slumber when it comes to tackling the stray dogs. They and the government higher authorities must be held responsible for this dog menace. The separatists have their own cause. The government which must seek a way out to control the dog menace.
