Traffic Police lift Minister's car

Srinagar, May 19: Traffic Police on Saturday lifted the flagged car of a Minster for 'wrong parking' at Nehru Park at the busy Boulevard road here.
According to KNS, the Traffic policemen during patrolling on  the Boulevard road noticed a white ambassador car JK01M 8855, of a a cabinet Minster parked on the wrong side of the road at around 6 PM, resulting into traffic jam.
Cops did not find any one in the car and hooked it with a recovery van. The flagged car was then reportedly taken to Traffic Police Control Room here in Srinagar.
When contacted by KNS, DIG Trafic Shafkat Watali and SSP traffic Hasseb ur Rehman expressed their unawareness about the action. "I am not aware, but I request people not to resort to wrong parking", Watali told KNS, adding that violation of traffic rules won’t tolerated.
