AYMT announces special edu loan scheme for poor students

Srinagar, May 20: Ayatollah Yousuf Memorial Trust J&K has launched an educational loan Scheme/Scholarship for students in state.
In a statement, vice-chairman of the trust, Aga Syed Muhammad Hadi Moosvi, said that the Trust would be giving loans/scholarships to students for pursuing graduation, post-graduation, MBBS, BDS, studies within Jammu and Kashmir.
This year, according to Aga Syed Hadi, the Trust has provided education loan/scholarships to 25 deserving students who are pursuing various professional and non-professional courses.
“They include MBBS, BDS, MA, BA,” he said, adding that the Trust has also provided scholarships to some candidates who are appearing for civil service exam.
“The scheme has been launched to provide some sort of financial assistance to deserving students ,” he said.
