Essay competition by Sajid Iqbal Foundation
Srinagar, May 20: The Sajid Iqbal Foundation in collaboration with Australia India Institute is organizing an essay competition on the theme “Next steps to peace in Kashmir”?
As per the handout issued by the organization, the participants should draft an essay of around 3000 words. The Foundation would present cash awards of Rs 1 lakh, Rs 50000 and Rs 25000 to first, second and third position holders respectively.
The age of participants should be in the age group of 18-30 years and entries must reach sehar@thesajidiqbalfoundation.com by June 7, 2012.
According to the handout, winning entries will be presented the awards at an International Conference on Kashmir to be held at SKICC on June 19.
