Nasir meets Chanpora fire victims
Asks Addl Commissioner to assess damage
Srinagar, May 21: Minister of State for Home, PHE, H&UD, Tourism and Revenue, Nasir Aslam Wani visited Rose Lane colony Chanpora to express sympathies with the families whose property was damaged due to fire incident yesterday.
In the incident four residential houses were gutted. The Minister was accompanied by Additional Commissioner Kashmir, besides other senior officers of different departments. During the visit, the Minister asked the Additional Commissioner to assess damage of gutted structures immediately so that necessary relief will be provided to the affected people.
Meanwhile, the Red Cross Committee also visited the affected families and provided relief to them.
