Ace footballer

This refers to the death of Farooq Ahmad Bhat, a veteran  footballer of the valley. His death has come as a shock for the whole sports fraternity. Farooq Ahmad Bhat was also known as ‘Pele of Kashmir’, and in his times he was the best striker and swift mover with great accuracy. Farooq was the best footballer the valley has produced till date. No one can match his talent and qualities. He was the most talented and stylish player to have represented J&K state. He was also known for his simplicity, straight forwardness and honesty. His death has created a big void which cannot be filled. Valley has lost a great footballer and it’s very difficult to compensate for this loss. May the departed soul rest in Jannah. Aameen.
