Gul for augmentation of irrigation facilities in his constituency

Srinagar, May 23:  Mubarak Gul, Adviser to Chief Minister Wednesday chaired a meeting of augmenting irrigation system which includes renovation of irrigation canals by way of de-silting, raising of bunds and releasing of water passages in the Eidgah Assembly constituency, he represents.
 An official handout said: “The meeting discussed various matter pertaining to the construction of culverts and various irrigation canals for hassle free passage to the tractors etc, de-silting of Saidpora canal, Kuta Kul and Soner Kul. The reconstruction of Ghats on the banks of river Jhelum and removal of the encroachments and developing of parks on the banks of the river Jhelum was also taken up during the meeting.”
