Srinagar, May 23:  BhagwanShri Gopi Nath  “Maha Nirvana Divas” was celebrated  Wednesday at Kharyar Habba Kadal Ashram.
 “In this connection a Mahayajna was performed for Jagat Kalyan in which about one thousand devotees participated,” a host said.
 The traditional Prasad was offered to the devotees after the “Puran Ahuti”
 Puja started by Pandit Pran ji.  A nocturnal puja was also observed during the event organized by  the trust.
 “Bhagawaan Shri Gopinath was born on 19th Har, 1955 (Bikrami), corresponding to 3rd July, 1898 AD at Bhanamohalla, Srinagar (Kashmir), in one of the esteemed Bhan families of the Kashmiri Pandit community,” the trust people said.
