Fix responsibility

This refers to the ailing health sector in the valley which is in shambles. The government has failed to give a helping hand to the people of the valley. Rather than taking action against concerned officials responsible for the mess at G. B. Pant hospital, the government  ordered shifting of clerks from the G.B Pant hospital to Bone and Joint hospital. But how is that going to improve the situation. Also the government ordered shifting of ventilators from JLNM and SMHS hospitals. Ghulam Nabi Azad has said that he has sanctioned 70 kanals of land and 60 crores during his tenure. Where is that money? A proper enquiry should be done and real culprits exposed and brought to book.
