Yateem Foundation organises awareness camp

Srinagar: J&K Yateem Foundation District Unit Bandipora organized an awareness camp at Girls Middle School Quilmuqam Bandipore. The theme of the camp was ‘Duties of well off people towards the destitute, today. The function was presided over by Muhammad Ahsan Rather, Chairman J&K Yateem Foundation.
 A large number of teachers, students and local people participated in the programme, according to the foundation spokesperson.
 On the occasion the speakers threw light on the role of educated citizens towards their fellow human beings.  Uniforms were distributed free among 35 needy students of different Govt. Schools.
 Chairman JKYF also delivered a lecture at Baba Dawood Khaki Masjid Quilmuqam wherein he highlighted role and duties of Muslims towards poor & needy.
