Srinagar, May 2: The District Shopian Sqay Championship organised District Sqay Association concluded on Wednesday.
In the event around 200 participants from various clubs and schools of district participated. District Youth services & Sports officer Shopian was the chief gust on the occasion.
In senior boy’s category, Junaid Bashir, Faisal Yousuf Zargar, Zahid Mansoor, Aasif Shakeel, Syed Imran, Syed Hamid Parvez, Shahid-ul-Islam and Basit Farooq bagged first positions while in senior girl’s category Parisa Bashir Kalas and Muzamil Yousuf Khan bagged first positions respectively.
In junior boys category, Ehsan-ul-Haq Boda, Yasir Mohi-u-din-Bhat, Ahzam Khursheed, Junaid Shakeel, Suhail Ahmad, Faizan Ahmad Wani, M. Lateef and Aakhir Yousuf emerged winners while in girls section, Faizan Ayoub Khan, Mohsin Muhazam, Izhaan Shakeel Baba, Gowhar Shabir, Saqib Farooq, Suhaid Lateef, Saleem Amin, Ruhaib - bin - Arshid bagged first positions respectively.
