765 KV Moga-Bhiwani line commissioned
Srinagar, May 30: The PowerGrid commissioned and synchronized its 273 kms long 765 KV Moga– Bhiwani, Single Circuit transmission line along with associated bays.
Work on the said line was completed at a cost of around Rs 800 core including the ICT, Reactor and associated bays at Moga & Bhiwani substations, the company in a statement said.
Giving details it said with this commissioning, the Northern Region-II has added 2500 MVA transformation capacity in one go which is approximately 18 per cent of its already installed capacity.
“This shall become harbinger of quality power to the people of the Region,” it said.
