GOODS WORTH RS 1.97 CR TRADED ACROSS LoC

POONCH (J&K), MAY 30: Goods worth Rs 1.97 crore were traded across the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point here today, officials said.
As many as 25 trucks rolled out from the Trade Facilitation Centre (TFC) here to Pakistan Administered Kashmir (PAK), they said, adding these trucks carried bags of bananas, cumin and herbs worth Rs 99,19,361.
From PAK, six trucks carrying bags of Peshwari sandals, walnuts, apples, potatoes and pears worth Rs 98,08,016 entered India.
The officials from both sides monitored the transportation of goods.
