Dog attacks

This refers to attack on an 8-year-old kid in Bandipora by stray dogs. Her condition is very critical. Belonging to a poor family, her parents can't afford to treat her. A woman was recently bitten by street dogs. People are now afraid of walking on the streets. These dogs should either be poisoned or shifted to a separate place.
