Pattan Lok Adalat solves 52 cases

Srinagar, May 4: Sub-Judge Pattan MA Alnasir convened a Lok Adalat in the Court Complex Pattan and solved 52 out of 61 cases on the spot.
 A fine of Rs 42,059 was also recovered during the hearing. All the members of the Tehsil Legal Services Committee Pattan and members of the Bar association were present in the occasion.
 Meanwhile, the District Legal Services Authority, Anantnag (Islamabad) is organizing a Mega Lok Adalat at District Court Complex, Anantnag from May 21 to May 31, 2012.
 The Lok Adalat would take cases pertaining to family disputes, Motor Accident Claims (MACT) compensation cases, criminal cases, civil cases, pre-litigation cases relating to Bank loans for settlement.
