Polythene ban

This refers to the polythene ban in Kashmir. It is unfortunate that polythene is still used by the people here in spite of knowing its ill effects. It is the responsibility of government to strictly check its import. Spread awareness about its ill effects. And if polythene use still continues, impose a strict fine on the violators.
