Punish guilty

This refers to the murder of Romana Javed that remained in news only for a brief time. The media and the government did not give it much attention. It has been three years since her murder but the guilty have not been punished yet. This has only added to the growing crime and eve teasing incidents in our society. It’s important to punish the guilty so that it conveys the right message.
