Budgam, May 5: The Government Boys Middle School Humhama Budgam  organised its  annual cross country road race from Humhama to Gogo Land here on Saturday .
 The event was flagged off by the school Headmistress Miss Haleema. And around 120 students  participated in  the event.
 Owais Ahmad  and Fatima Nazir notched the first spot in boys and girls category respectively.
 The prize distribution ceremony was held at the school premises in which headmistress distributed prizes among the winners.
 In her address, she highlighted the importance of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities and impressed upon the students to show physical as well as mental balance in the event of road racing.
