GPEA backs JCC programme
Srinagar, May 5: Government Press Employees’ Association (GPEA) has extended full supports to the JCC’s proposed programme on May 8 and 9, urging all the employees to make it a complete success.
The Association, at its executive body meeting held here today with its president Syed Muhammad Muzamil in chair, appealed to the government to fulfil its commitment made with the JCC leaders on the demands including enhancement of retirement age.
The meeting was among others attended by secretary Parvaiz Ahmad Khan, vice-president Imtiyaz Ahmad Khan, joint secretary Muhammad Shafi Wani, publicity secretary Abdul Rashid Thakur and cashier Fayaz Ahmad.
