Climate crisis

Deforestation is a major cause of climate change, accounting to about 25 percent of global green house gas emissions. This rapid deforestation has resulted in holes in the ozone layer, leading to radiation hazards and global warming. It is time we wake up to the dangers posed by deforestation. Rapid afforestation of the land that was once forested should be the priority, or life on earth will become extinct.
