Implement policies

This refers to the write up, “What ails J&K economy”. The writer has beautifully knitted together the basic forces and their respective outcomes existing in an economy. Besides framing policies for gearing up investment, proper implementation of these policies is need of the hour. Mere setting up of objectives will not suffice. Inspection is needed at appropriate intervals to ascertain whether these policies are actually implemented at ground level.
