2 bodies recovered
Srinagar, Nov 13: Police on Tuesday said that it recovered two bodies from Kulgam and Baramulla areas.
A police spokesman said the body of Muhammad Jabbar Ganie son of Lassi Ganie of Bonghal, Devsarat was recovered from Kund road in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district. After completing all medico-legal formalities the body of deceased was handed over to his next of kins for last rites.
Meanwhile, the body of non-local was recovered from Pattan area in north Kashmir on Tuesday morning, a police spokesman said.
He said the unidentified male body of a non-local was found near a Nallah near Shalabugh. The body of deceased is laying in Police post Mirgund for identification. Police have initiated inquest proceedings under section 174 CRPC in this regard.
