Airtel ranked No 1 service brand
GK NEWS NETWORK
Srinagar, Nov 13: Airtel has been ranked as “No. 1 service brand” in the Brand Equity’s Most Trusted Brands Annual survey.
This is the second time in a row that Airtel has been ranked as the number one service brand, the company in a statement said.
It said Airtel is the only telecom brand amongst the top 20 'Most Trusted Brands' which demonstrates customers' trust in our services.
“Airtel digital TV continues to retain its No. 2 position as the DTH service provider in India. Airtel digital TV was the fifth entrant in the DTH space and it is exhilarating to see it evolve as the most trusted brand amongst our customers over the years.”
Pertinently, the Brand Equity's Most Trusted Brands survey, in its 12th year now, is the largest of its kind in India conducted by The Nielsen Company, spread across the socio economic classifications, age, income and geography.
It determines the attitudes and trust of the consumers towards various brands and it is elevating to see that Airtel holds the top position in the telecom space amongst all other service brands.
This year's survey was based on eight attributes which included three new attributes of trust- 'This is a very reputed brand', 'I would always recommend this brand to my family and friends', and 'This brand understands my needs'.
