NIT convocation on Nov 16

Srinagar, Nov 14:  NIT Srinagar is conducting Convocation 2012 on November 16, 2012 at SKICC here.
 A spokesman of NIT said the  programme would start after Friday prayers He said a total of six Ph.D., 25 M.Tech, 2 M. Phil and 346 B.Tech degrees would be awarded by the Institute. Moreover a total of eleven gold medals would be awarded to the toppers of M.Tech and B.Tech students of all branches.
 The programme would be conducted in two sessions. During first session gold medals and Ph.D degrees would be awarded whereas in second session M.Tech, M. Phil and B.Tech degrees would be awarded.
