Srinagar, Nov 16: Various Shia organizations have announced the schedule of Muharram processions which will start from day one of the new Islamic calendar year.
 The Jammu and Kashmir Shia Association led by Moulana Iftikhar Hussain Ansari, Jammu and Kashmir Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian led by Aga Syed Hassan Mustaffa Al-Safvi Al-Mosvi and the Jammu and Kashmir Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen led by Moulana Abass Ansari, have given the following schedule:

JK ITEHADUL MUSLIMEEN
4th Muharram:  Congregation Nimaz –e- Zuhar and also Moulana Abass Ansari will address on the importance of the Ashoora at Gulshanbagh, Srinagar.
5th Muharram: The procession will take place at Zoonimar Soura, Alam Sharief  will be taken from Trehgam Sumbal Sonawari.
6th Muharram: Alam Sharief will be taken from HMT Zainakote Srinagar, Gulshan Bagh, Kawpora Sonawari, Khanqah Sokhta Nawa Kadal Srinagar.
7th Muharram: The processions will be held at Kirpalpora Balla Ranbal Pattan, Androoni Kathidarwaza Srinagar to Hassanabad Srinagar and another procession will also be held at Malikpora Trehgam Sonawari.
8th Muharram: Alam Sharief will be taken from Guru Bazar to Hyderiya Hall Dalgate Srinagar.
9th Muharram: Alam Sharief will be taken from Machimar Meer Gund Pattan, Shamaswari Khanqah Moula Srinagar, Mandibal Nowshera, Nabidpra Hawal, Babapora Habba Kadal, Dewar Pattan,   Langer Mohalla Koshipora and  Sajjadabad Chattabal.
10th Muharram: Ashura procession will be taken from Gundhasi Bhat, Alam Sharief at Sarai Dangerpora  Sonawari, , and  Majlish Sham-e-Gareeba  held at  Gundhasi Bhat, Srinagar, Astan Sharief Nabidpora Hawal and Khanqah-e-Sokhta Nawakadal.

JAMMU AND KASHMIR SHIA ASSOCIATION
2nd Muharram: Alam Sharief will be taken from Hussaini Sabelgah to Imambargah Zadibal
3rd Muharram: Alam Sharief will be taken from Gasiyar Zadibal to Nabidpora Hawal
4th Muharram: Alam Sharief will be taken from Kralpora to Imambargah Zadibal
5th Muharram: Alam Sharief will be taken from Ashai Bagh Srinagar  passing though  Saida Kadal Srinagar to Hussaini (AS) Park Hassanbad
6th Muharram: Alam Sharief will be taken from Shallapora Sonawari
7th Muharram: Alam Sharief will be taken from Madeen Sahib  passing thorugh Mohalla Syed Afzal and culminated at Imambargah Zadibal,  the procession will be taken place from Waragam Beerwah and the procession will be taken from Imambargah Koshipora, Alam Sharief will be taken from at the residence of Muhammad Qasim Bhat at Bhatpora Khansahib and the Alam Sharief procession will be taken place from Athoora Payin Baramull, Masjid Imam Riza (AS) Iskanderpora, Delina Baramullah, Dani Saidean  and Malikpora Trehgam Sonawari.
8th Muharram:  Zuljinah will be taken place from Baba Mazar to Imambargah Zadibal, Alam Sahief will be taken place from Imambagah Sabdan  Budgam,  Alam Sahief wll be taken place from Dar-ul-Hatim  to  Imambargah Zadibal , the procession will be taken place from Imambargah Rakh Daslipora to  Hussaini (AS) Park and the Alam Procession will be taken place from Ichigam Budgam
9th Muharram: The processions will be held at Nabidpora Hawal, Hamdaniya Colony Bemina, Masjid Shairef Babapora Habba Kadal, Dagah Hazrat Abass (AS)  Sebdan Budgam, Nundpora Waragam,  Sehtelpora Sonwari Bandipora Delina Imambarga, Imambargah Yekhwanpora
10th Muharram: The processions will be held at Nowlari Imambargah, Imambargah Yekhwanpora, Nabidpora Hawal, Sultanpora Pattan, Haith Kul Pulwama, Shadipora Paiyen Sonawari, Balhama Srinagar and Astan Sharief Haji Mohalla Dedna.

JK ANJUMAN-E-SHARIE SHIAN 
2nd Muharram:  Procession will start at 5 PM from the residence of  Haji Ghulam Rasool Dar  Gasiyar, Zadibal to Khanqah Mir Shamas-ud-Din Iraqi (RA) Srinagar.
4th Muharram: Alam Sharief will start from the residence of Muhammad Qazim Teli Ashai Bagh to Masjid Sharief Kander Mohalla Akhoon at 5:00 PM and  the procession taken place from the residence of  Muhammad Safdar Ganaie from Ganaidoori to Khanqah Mir Shamas-ud-Din Iraqi (RA) Zadibal, Srinagar at 6:00 p.m.
5th Muharram: Alam Sharief will start from Gundhasi Bhat to Imambargah Lawapora at 2:00 p.m. The procession will also be taken from Pazalpora to Masjid Zahira (AS) Shalimar. The same day another procession will start from Lal Bazar, besides a procession will be taken from Ashai Bagh Saida Kadal,  to Hassanabad at 6:00 p.m. And Alam Sharief New Colony Zaidabal to Khanqah Mir Shamas-ud-Din Iraqi (RA) Zadibal at 9:00 p.m.
6th Muharram: Alam Sharief will be taken from Kankachi Mirbahri to Imambargah Hasanabad at 3:00 p.m. The same day Alam Sharief will start from Mughal Mohalla Lal Bazar to Baghwanpora Lal Bazar at 7:00 p.m. Another procession will be taken from the Shrine of Mir Samas-ud-Din Iriqi (RA) Zadibal at 9:00 PM while a similar will be held at Chang Mohalla Shalimar.
7th Muharram: Alam Sharief will be taken from Shalimar at 3:00 p.m. At procession will also be taken from Kralpora Hawal to  Mir Shamas-ud-Din Iriqi (RA) Zadibal at 4:00 p.m.
8th Muharram: The procession will be taken from the residence of Haji Ghulam Hassan Beigh to Khanqah-e-Mir Shamas-ud-Din Iriqi (RA).
9th Muharram: A procession will be start from Kanikachi Mirbahri to Imambargah Hassanabad at 2:00 p.m. The same day it will also be taken from Gaw Kadal Srinagar at 3:00 p.m. A procession will also be taken from Panjkarwari  Mohalla Sayyid Mirak Shah Colony Zakura at 5:00 PM. A Taziya will be taken from Zadibal at 8:00 PM. Alam Sharief will also be taken from Gulshan Bagh Botta Kadal Srinagar at 9:00 p.m.
10th Muharram: A procession will start from the resident of Ghulam Rasool Alamgeer Alamgari Bazar to Khanqah Mir Shamas-ud-Din Iraqi (RA) at 4:00 a.m. The Ashoora procession will be taken place from  Abi Guzar Srinagar to Ali Park (AS) Srinagar.
