IUST beat KU in friendly cricket match

Srinagar, Nov 17: The Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) Awantipora cricket team defeated Kashmir University team in the friendly cricket match played at Kashmir University ground here on Saturday.
 In the match, IUST outplayed Kashmir University-XI by six wickets. Batting first, Kashmir University-XI were bundled out for 156 runs. Rizvi took five wicket haul for IUST. In reply, IUST achieved required target for the loss of only six wickets in 29overs.
 With this win morale of IUST team is likely get a boost prior to their North Zone Inter-University match at Aligarh Muslim University.
