Seminar on traffic management
Srinagar, Nov 18: A daylong seminar was held under the Chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon at SKICC to commemorate the road accident deaths here today. The day is being observed on every third Sunday of November world over.
The Transport Commissioner, Mehraj Ahmad Kakroo, Deputy Commissioners of various districts, Senior Superintendent of Police Traffic, Regional Transport Officer, Kashmir, Transporters, Dealers and a good number of Red Cross volunteers were present on the occasion.
