PDD endangers Pathan inhabitants

Pulwama: Power Development Department (PDD) has put the inhabitants of Pathan area here at risk
by failing to align the low lying transmission lines here.
The inhabitants said the presence of low lying HT and LT transmission lines has endangered their lives.
“The low lying transmission lines are attached to trees and damaged poles at most of the places. In case of any eventuality it can cause loss of lives and property,” said Mashkoor Ahmad a local. .
“We several times requested the concerned PDD officers to align these lines but our requests met with deaf ears” he said.
