SRINAGAR LIFTS TITLE
INTER-DISTRICT BOYS ATHLETIC MEET
Srinagar, Nov 21: The boys Inter-District athletic meet organised Department of youth Services and Sports concluded at Bakshi Stadium here on Wednesday.
On the second and concluding day of boys meet, competitions were held in High jump and 400 metre relay in Under-14, 17 and 19 categories respectively.
In Under-19 High Jump, Atf Hussain bagged first place while as Ishfaq and Hilal bagged second and third places respectively. In Under-14 category, Abid Mushtaq, Mudasir and Muneer Ahmad bagged first three positions respectively. In Under-17 category, Firdous bagged first place while as Danish and Aijaz bagged second and third places respectively.
In U-14 and 17 category, 400 meter relay, Srinagar emerged as winner while as in Under-19 category, Anantnag were winners.
In overall category, Srinagar was declared as winner while as Kulgam was second and Anantnag third.
