Drive against school cabs from Monday

Srinagar, Nov 2: Traffic police Srinagar will launch a drive from Monday against school buses/vans using LPG cylinders or resorting to overloading, an official handout said.
 “A large number of complaints have been received in this regard,” the SP Traffic Srinagar Haseeb Ur Rehman  said in the handout adding “To reduce this menace, school authorities are requested to advise the drivers of their buses to adhere to the traffic police directions issued from time to time.”
 He also appealed the parents of the biking youth to prevail on their children “to ensure that they wear helmets and do not resort to stunt biking.”
