5 gamblers held
SHOWKAT DAR
Shopian, Nov 29: Police on Thursday said that it arrested five gamblers and seized more than Rs 12000 from them here in south Kashmir.
“We arrested five gamblers and also recovered Rs 12,220 rupees from their possession,” a police officer said. “We are raiding suspected places as we have got some inputs.”
Police have registered a case 361/2012 under section 13 of gambling Act against the accused.
