4 City institutions to be felicitated
Srinagar, Nov 5: The J&K Sports Development Association is going to felicitate four institutes here for promoting sports activities.
“The base of the sports would be developed only when institutes or schools encourage their students to participate in different kind of sports disciplines. Keeping this in mind we at JKSDA have decided to felicitate four city based institutes who have been in the forefront in promotion of the sports during last couple of years,” Organizing Secretary JKSDA Reyaz Ahmad said.
He said JKSDA has shortlisted four institutes this year for the award including: Green Valley Educational Institute Elahi Bagh, RP School Malabagh, Kashmir Harvard Educational Institute and Galaxy Public School Ahmadnagar. Date and venue of the felicitation ceremony is yet to be decided. “It would be held most probably in third week of this month,” he said.
