FABIAN HELD WITH FATHER, BROTHER

Srinagar, Nov 5: Police Monday claimed to have arrested three accused in the Hajeej fraud including kingpin Fabian Wahid Gilkar, his father and brother.
The police said the trio was nabbed from Jehangir Chowk area by a team from Police Station Khanyaar and were whisked away to the Thana in Shaher-e-Khaas.
Apart from having duped the aspiring Hajjis in 2011, the group is accused of having again duped aspirants in 2012.
“A total of 384 people has been duped by Hajeej India Hospitality Pvt Ltd,” a senior police official said.
Confirming the arrests, the SP north City Tahir Saleem Khan identified the other two as Arasalan Wahid Gilkar, Fabian’s brother and their father Abdul Wahid Gilkar of Harwan.
He said a case vide FIR No 88/ 2012 has been filed.
