Burglary at Naid Kadal shop
Traders demand speedy investigations

Srinagar Nov 7: Burglars struck at City Cloth House, a shop at Naid Kadal and decamped with goods worth Rs 3.5 lakhs from the outlet selling textiles in Shaher-e-Khaas on the intervening night of Tuesday and Wednesday.
The owner of the shop Manzoor Ahmad told Greater Kashmir that “the burglars decamped with nine bundles of woolen cloths worth Rs 3.5 lakhs.”
“We found front shutter of the shop broken and the bundles of cloth were scattered inside the shop,” he added
Police has filed a case. Meanwhile a delegation of Shaher-e-Khaas Traders Federation led by its president Nazir Ahmad Shah and General Secretary Omar Gani approached the SP north City Tahir Saleem Khan seeking immediate action.
The SP assured the delegation the case would be solved at an earliest.
