Health sector
This refers to the news item J&K bags No. 1 state award in health sector. It's is noteworthy for two reasons – first, it proves that data can be manipulated to yield any result – in this case not withstanding tragedies in Panth and Lal Ded hospitals (which would have brought down governments anywhere else) the data defies common sense, and secondly (even more importantly), it proves how ignorant the Indian media is about happenings in Kashmir.
